Maciej Bodych

An expert in project and project portfolio, PMO and quality management. Led IT and consulting projects in project management and project portfolio management, project office implementation and organizational maturity model assessment (including OPM3® and CMMI models). Trainer of mentioned subjects. For many years an experienced specialist in PPM system implementation. Holder of numerous certificates in Six Sigma, ISO, RUP, IBM Rational. Since 2003, associated with the Project Management Institute (PMI®), former President of the Warsaw Branch and Polish Chapter and the Chairman of the Audit Committee. 2011-2014 PMI mentor responsible for Eastern Europe. 2015-2017 Member of Volunteer Advisory Board. He currently works for the PMI Global Board in the Certification Governance Council (CGC).

 

 

 

Michał Rączka 

IT and project management expert, experienced in new technologies & digital leadership fields. Currently, he is the IT Director at mBank S.A. and member of the PMI Professional Awards Advisory Group. He is co-author of the book Discoveries Through Personal Agility. He is also a lecturer at the Executive MBA programs and at the EY Academy of Business. He has conducted several organisational changes involving the optimisation of project management methods and agile transformations and is passionate about lean and agile approaches. Always keeps Team in the centre. Value and results focused with lean and agile approach. Individual with proven achievements in project & business management, process improvement and team leadership. Experienced in managing geographically distributed, multi-disciplinary projects and customer teams. Capable of leading and motivating individuals to build cohesive teams. Tomasz Grochowski

I am a seasoned Agile and project management expert, having spearheaded numerous organisational changes focused on optimising project management methods and pioneering agile transformations. With a keen expertise in implementing agile practices, I adeptly utilise frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Scrum@Scale, Helix Organisation, SAFe, and employ the principles of Analytic-Network Coaching.
My passion lies in aiding organisations to craft progressive management models, drawing inspiration from turquoise and human-centric philosophies, thereby reimagining traditional structures to resonate more authentically with the contemporary business environment.
I am also the proud host of the 'Projektownia' podcast, a collaborative venture produced in association with the PMI Poland Chapter. This platform, alongside my longstanding voluntary commitment to the Project Management Institute and being an alumnus of the PMI Leadership Institute Master Class, underscores my dedication to the evolving world of project management.
Outside of my professional pursuits, I'm an enthusiastic cave diver. Both projects and cave diving fuel my relentless pursuit for continual refinement, innovation, and transcending established boundaries.

 

Krzysztof Tomkiewicz

Doctor of technical sciences in engineering with a specialization in technical diagnostics. Has several years of research and teaching experience. In his scientific work, he dealt with, among others, the theory of reliability, technical diagnostics and computer-aided design, manufacturing and operation. A guest lecturer at Warsaw University of Technology (IT service management). He advised training and consulting companies in the field of product development, marketing and market analyzes. Member of the HDI-Poland, itSMF Poland, PSTP and ProCAX. Author of several scientific publications. Krzysztof is a co-author of the BizDevOps concept. Currently, he advises companies and institutions in the field of IT management, the use of a process approach, implementation of the service model and agile solutions in running a business.

 

 

Jerzy Stawicki

Jerzy is project & portfolio management, Management 3.0, Kanban, OKR consultant, trainer and coach, with over 25 years of the field experience. He is a promotor of innovative management methods like flow thinking and also of innovative learning methods, like business simulations. He is also leader of improvement projects, workshop trainer, university and conference lecturer, innovator, columnist and articles author. Jerzy's passion is reinventing and improving organizations and teams with focus on getting results with self-organizing teams and Management 3.0 - style leaders. Since 2003 together with the group of associates works under the brand JS PROJECT. Earlier worked in SAP Poland, ICL Poland and Siemens-Nixdorf. After hours he loves traveling (in the East), hiking (in Poland), reading hardboiled detective fiction and studying Marcus Aurelius.
